  • Our standard room rental is for 4 hours. This does not include set up or tear down time. 

  • Our standard slots are 11-3pm and 5-11pm. An all day room rental rate is available for $1500.

  • We can work with you to craft the menu to your needs. Up charges may apply. 

  • Kids 5 and under eat for $15. Bar pricing is done on a case by case basis.

  • An $800 deposit secures the room. It is nonrefundable but is applied to the final bill. 

  • Yes, we offer the championship buffet to schools and nonprofits. 

  • Yes, we have a handicap accessible entrance with a ramp.

  • First, we like to offer a tour to hosts who have not had the chance to visit the Union. This is a good opportunity to discuss details and see if the Union is the right fit for you. Second, after the deposit is paid and you secured the room for your desired date, you will have a meeting with our event coordinator to hammer out the finer details of your event. 

  • Final count is due two weeks before the event.
